Access to the GUY BUTLER web site (the "Site") defined below is provided by GUY BUTLER. Miscellaneous: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with the English Courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement shall not be assignable or transferable by you except with GUY BUTLER's prior written consent.
